Course Structure 

The Certificate in Directors Duties & Responsibilities will be offered this November in a new two-day format. this intense programme is designed to meet the needs of Chartered Accountants who hold non-executive directorships whether these are SMEs not for profit or listed/public organisations.

  • 20% for attendance (must attend both days to gain certificate)
  • 80% for a case study, to be compleated at home over 4 weeks (in order to pass the course you must achieve a minimun of 50% in the case study)

Pass mark is set at 50% with distinction achieved at 70%
