My CPD Manager
Chartered Accountants Ireland have developed an online tool - My CPD Manager - to assist members record and evaluate their CPD requirements, supporting you whether you choose to follow either the input or output approach to CPD.
The tool will allow you record online all your CPD activities and is designed to provide support when assessing and planning your CPD activities for the coming year. A key feature is the integration of a simple training needs analysis tool to help you identify skills and competencies that may require further development.

The training needs analysis tool will, based upon your responses to a questionnaire, identify under three categories the competencies that you may need to develop (technical, business, interpersonal and management skills), it will also suggest a range of suitable CPD courses to consider, but remember courses are only one means of meeting your CPD needs.
First time users will, when they initially login, be required to choose a job role from the list, please choose the one that most closely matches your current job role. You may only choose one per annum so please review the various options before committing and confirming you selection.
