Consultative Committee of Accountancy Bodies

http://www.ccab-i.ie

The Consultative Committee of Accountancy Bodies (CCAB) and the Consultative Committee of Accountancy Bodies - Ireland (CCAB-I) are fora in which Chartered Accountants Ireland co-operates with other professional accountancy bodies in both Ireland and the UK on representational issues. This ensures that the profession speaks with a single voice and makes it easier for regulatory bodies to deal with our issues.

CCAB-I operates in Ireland and in addition to Chartered Accountants Ireland comprises the follow bodies:

- The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants
- The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants
- The Institute of Certified Public Accountants

CCAB is UK based and in addition to ourselves comprises the following bodies:

- The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants
- The Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy
- The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales
- The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland
