Ronan Nolan Corporate Finance Partner Ronan leads the Corporate Finance division which encompasses a range of service lines in the financial advisory area. Ronan leads advisory projects, with a particular focus on Mergers & Acquisition support and Due Diligence services. In recent years, Ronan has specialised in the financial services sector. Ronan is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and has a Bachelor of Science degree from University College Dublin. Ronan is also a member of the Auditing Practices Board (APB), which is the independent audit standard setting body for the UK and Ireland and a member of the Council of Chartered Accountants Ireland and chairs Chartered Accountants Ireland's Finance Board.
