The Graduate Programme:

We work closely with our graduates to ensure that they build up a range of experience and skills over the duration of their graduate contract. To enable the graduates to grow professionally and personally we also provide support and mentoring throughout the programme. Graduates on this trainee accountant programme will also interact with other graduates from various disciplines through Bord na Móna’s other graduate programmes.

A prerequisite of the programme is that the candidate must pursue the ACA professional accountancy qualification. This is a key part of the programme and the candidate will receive appropriate study leave and other support from the company. Graduates will be rewarded in line with guidelines provided by Chartered Accountants Ireland including increments on successful completion of exams.
