Employer Partnership Scheme

The Employer Partnership Scheme seeks to acknowledge excellence in corporate learning & development policies, procedures and practices. The benefits that accrue for our members in such companies are:

  • Recognition of good practice in corporate learning and development policies, procedures and practices - you will be able to promote your organisation as an 'Chartered Accountants Ireland Employer Partner'
  • Access to a network of other employers to share issues and solutions in relation to learning and development - we will facilitate a regular forum for employers from both within and outside Ireland. Chartered Accountants Ireland has an extensive local, national and international network.

An additional benefit to employers is the simplification of CPD requirements for our members. If you are an 'Chartered Accountants Ireland Employer Partner', then Chartered Accountants in your firm need only complete the learning and development documentation required by your organisation, rather than prepare and present additional paperwork to Chartered Accountants Ireland.

The Employer Partnership application process is a straightforward one, involving the completion of an application form and the undertaking of a visit from us to go through the application in more detail.
