The FAQ published this week is the 6th update to the common positions agreed by CESR Members regarding the Prospectus Directive.

This paper adds new Q&A to those included in the previous document CESR published in May 2008 (CESR/08-426). After each question an indication of the date of its first publication (or amendment) has been included to ease the identification of the new Q&A.
