Diploma in Forensic Accounting - Belfast Programme

The ICAI Diploma in forensic accounting will be offered in Belfast from September 2009. This course was first offered in Dublin in late 2008 and the feedback from this group has been overwhelmingly positive. The Belfast course will be specifically tailored to reflect the legal and judicial framework in Northern Ireland.

The programme is designed to provide you with the core skills required to successfully undertake forensic accounting assignments. Learn how to employ the latest data recovery techniques to gather evidence to the standards required for presentation in a court.

Areas covered include:

Expert Witness Assignment preparation

- Writing the report
- Giving oral evidence

Fraud, Theft and Other Financial Investigations

- Gathering evidence
- Mock interviews

The course will run over 6 modules (approx one per month) on Friday/Saturday.
