eBrief No. 24/09 advises that Preliminary Tax Reminder Notices were recently issued in error to cases where a NIL Preliminary Tax Declaration for Income Tax for the year 2008 was made through ROS.

According to the eBrief, Customers and agents may ignore the Reminder Notice where a NIL Preliminary Tax Declaration was made.
