ICAI Publishing's latest landmark textbook, Corporate Strategy for Irish Companies, by Gerry Gallagher, is due to publish later this month. The book will be launched by ex Kerry Group, Hugh Friel, at the Institute of Technology, Tralee on 20 May.
Commissioned for the new Business Leadership stream on ICAI's FAE year course, this comprehensive text is also aimed at business students at 3rd level. Uniquely, it is written from an Irish perspective and contains up-to-date case examples from a wide variety of Irish companies, as well as well-known multinational corporations.
The author, Gerry Gallagher, lectures in corporate strategy at the Institute of Technology, Tralee. He also teaches at FAE for the ICAI. Gerry is a former Army officer with experience in operational units, Army Headquarters and on active service with the United Nations.
