Ireland - FR publishes CU and Transparency guidance notes

The Financial Regulator has published two Guidance Notes as follows:

  1. Credit Unions on matters relating to accounting for investments and distribution policy
  2. The periodic financial reporting obligations pursuant to the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007
