Periodic Financial Reporting Obligations - Financial Regulator issues Guidance Note

The Financial Regulator has published a Guidance Note in the interests of clarifying the regulatory regime provided for under the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 (the Regulations), the Financial Regulator is issuing this Guidance Note to clarify a number of matters that have arisen in respect of issuers' periodic financial reporting obligations pursuant to the Regulations.
