Company Directors what does 'collective responsibility' mean for you?

The concept and the impact of Collective Responsibility for Directors is just one of the issues addressed in the ICAI Certificate in Directors Duties and Responsibilities which starts again on Monday 2nd November. The course runs over 5 weeks each Monday evening.

Areas covered include:

  • How competition, employment, health and safety law and other laws impact
  • Reckless trading, insolvency, companies in difficulty and what to do
  • ODCE its role, discipline and restrictions
  • Charities to Listed companies and Corporate Governance rules
