Ways to Save Money on Your CPD

Mon, Aug 31, 2009

Did you know that ICAI members pay less for CPD courses?

ICAI members receive a discount off CPD course fees - members typically pay 10% less than non-members.

Have you used your €100 credit yet?

In January 2009 ICAI Chief Executive, Pat Costello, announced a €100 credit on any full-day or half-day CPD course taking place in 2009, for ICAI members who renewed their subscription.

If you have not yet used your credit and would like to take €100 off the cost of your next CPD course, simply email your booking to cpd@icai.ie with all the relevant details, stating that you would like to use your credit against that particular course.

Please do bear in mind that in the second half of the year, courses can fill up very quickly, so in order to avoid any disappointment, we recommend booking early.

Have you saved money with a CPD Training Ticket?

Training tickets bundle a number of hours worth of CPD courses together at a huge reduction on the usual price - save hundreds of euro; from 30% to 44% off the usual cost of course fees, depending on the ticket type.

Training tickets are available in Individual, 20 hours, 30 hours, and 100 hours options, suitable for practices, other organisations, and even for individuals. A 20 hour ticket for example, could help an individual member to fulfil their 20-hour annual structured CPD requirement at a reduced cost.

And remember, that training tickets can be used by anyone in your organisation, not just ICAI members.
