The Companies Registration Offices ('CRO') has notified their Christmas/New Year Opening Hours in their latest newsletter. The following dates, times and information should be noted if applicable:
** CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR OPENING HOURS ***
- Thursday 24th December 2009 9.30 to 12 noon.
- Friday 25th December 2009 Closed
- Monday 28th December 2009 Closed
- Tuesday 29th December 2009 Closed
- Wednesday 30th December 2009 9.30am to 1pm and 2.15pm to 4.30pm
- Thursday 31st December 2009 9.30am to 1pm and 2.15pm to 4.30pm
- Friday 1st January 2010 Closed
- Monday 4th January onwards Normal hours resume
Because of the disruption caused to services over the holiday period, annual returns, where the deadline for filing falls between 25 December 2008 and 3 January 2010, will be treated as received on time if filed by 4 January 2010.
