The Technical Department have received a number of queries recently from practitioners in relation to engagement letters from their clients which POBAL have requested specific inclusions for additional clauses. We have contacted POBAL in relation to this and have requested a meeting to resolve these issues but in the meantime we would urge our Members not to sign engagement letters (with these specific inclusions).
