UK - FSA publishes January LIST

The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has published the 20th edition of LIST, which reflects the issues facing the UK Listing Authority.

This edition of LIST includes:

  1. Transaction Issues (Ratification circulars, Same day supplements)
  2. Disclosure and Transparency (FSA comments on Going Concern)
  3. EU Shareholder Rights Directive (calling general meetings on 14 days notice)
  4. Sponsor Regime (new rules from Feb 9th 2009)
