The Revenue has published a list of individuals who received a favourable determination during the period 01 April 2002 to 30 June 2009. The list is set out alphabetically in each of the five categories. It should be noted that this list is updated on a quarterly basis.
Nearly three thousand artistic endeavours have received exemption under Section 195 over the six year period. The works of art vary in category from novels, screen plays, paintings, musical compositions, comic books; strain glass designs sculptures, video installations and ceramics.
