ICAI's Research & Information Services will be closed from Monday 20th July reopening at 9:30am on Tuesday 4th August 2009. This is to allow for essential housekeeping and online developments, which cannot take place when the normal service is operating.
Projects will include:
- Review and rationalisation of the stock, to ensure the collections are up to date and easy to use
- Enhancement to online databases available to members and students via the ICAI website.
The above projects are being carried out so that RIS staff can continue to improve the high quality service they provide to members.
During the closure period:
- The online catalogue, and online journal database, EBSCO, will continue to be accessible.
- Members with urgent information needs will still be able to contact the RIS Enquiry Team by sending an email to: RIS@icai.ie . Email requests will be checked twice daily by RIS staff.
- Access to the physical RIS will not be possible during the closure period.
Books can be returned by post or left with Reception staff at the entrance to Burlington House, Burlington Road, Dublin 4 or The Linenhall, 32-38 Linenhall Street, Belfast.
