The role of both executive and non executive Directors is a complex and wide ranging one with literally hundreds of legal and regulatory issues being of relevance and impacting upon Directors. The Certificate in Directors Duties and Responsibilities is designed to introduce you to the key concepts, rules and regualtions and to equip you with the skills to recognise the potential pitfalls, protecting and making you a more effective Director and Board member in the process.
