Tim McCormick and Dermot Duff have been invited to discuss their new book, "Strategic Cost Reduction", just published by ICAI, on Today with Pat Kenny next Friday 3 April. Tim, a chartered accountant with a background in banking and finance, and Dermot, an engineer and lecturer in management, will talk to Pat about the Credit Crunch, the current crisis in Ireland's finance and how businesses can best approach this to ensure survival.
Tim and Dermot's book is sub-titled "Cutting Costs without Killing Your Business", and they will also be taking part in a discussion about cost cutting versus innovation during a recession, live on TV3's Ireland AM programme that same morning.
