Last chance to enrol on Certificate in Director's Duties

Meet the experts and gain a qualification. The ICAI Certificate in Directors Duties starts again on Monday 11th of May and there are still a small number of places available. The programme runs over 5 weeks and is aimed that Directors who either require a refresher or new Directors looking to familiarise themselves with their responsibilities and duties.

The course involves a range of experts from the accounting, legal and regulatory arena, including speakers from the ODCE and the Irish Stock Exchange and will in a practical and focused way take you through the main areas including;

  • The range of laws impacting upon directors, health and safety, employment law etc
  • How to call and run meetings
  • What to do when a company is in difficulties
  • Corporate Governance for both private and public entities
