The European Parliament Approves Changes to Simplify Reporting and Documentation Requirements in Company Law Directives on Mergers and Division of Companies:

The rapporteur MEP Renate Weber endorsed adjusting the current reporting rules in order to allow European businesses to utilise modern information technology for reporting purposes.
