HMRC have extended the deadline for those who wish to provide notice of their intention to make a disclosure to HMRC in relation to undisclosed tax liabilities linked to an offshore account or asset. The new deadline is 4 January 2010 (previously 30 November 2009)
The deadline for making the actual disclosure remains 31 January 2010 for those using the paper forms and 12 March 2010 for those submitting their disclosure on line.
