The Companies Registration Office ('CRO') have stated in their latest newsletter that as of this week it is now possible for Electronic Filing Agents (EFAs) to sign a B1 in CORE with a ROS (Revenue Online Services) electronic signature. This possibility will only be visible where the person verifying the contents of the form is an Electronic Filing Agent.
At the moment it is only possible to sign B1s in CORE in this way, but the CRO
plans to extend the facility to the other forms in CORE in the near future.
