The Insolvency Service, Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment have issued an evaluation questionnaire as part of its review of the functioning of the Cross-Border Insolvency Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 - S.R. 115 of 2007.

Replies to the questionnaire should be sent to the Insolvency Service, Belfast by Tuesday, 24th November 2009
