The Certificate in Directors Duties and Responsibilities will be offered again starting on Monday 2nd November. The course runs over 5 Monday nights and will in a concise way take you through the key concerns and highlighting the common pitfalls. The course will include contributions from a range of expert speakers including a number from the ODCE and the Irish Stock Exchange.
