IAASA has issued Regulations governing the conduct of Investigations under section 24 of the Companies (Auditing and Accounting) Act, 2003. The Regulations supersede Interim Regulations previously issued by IAASA and can be accessed via the following link.
IAASA has also issued a Feedback Paper, which sets out a summary of the principal views expressed by respondents to the associated consultation exercise together with the Authority’s analysis thereof.
