Chartered Accountants Ireland is the influential voice in the shaping of tax policy and informing the profession on tax developments. We're now looking for a tax expert to work full time in our team for a six month period as Tax Technical Manager. Reporting to the Director of Taxation, and on special projects to the Director of Life Long Learning, you'll be involved in high level tax research. You'll also make a direct contribution to tax.point, CAI's specialist tax journal and to eNews. Most importantly, you will have responsibilities for technical content delivery as we finalise our Chartered Tax Consultant qualification.
If you are an ACA or FCA, and/or have a tax or legal qualification with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we would like to hear from you. We need a professional with at least four years post qualification experience gained in a tax role either in business or in practice. Experience in writing or lecturing in tax matters would be particularly desirable.
