The Author
Kavanagh Fennell is a large specialist insolvency practice with in excess of 60 assignments per annum. It was set up in 1997 by Tom Kavanagh, one of Ireland's leading insolvency experts. Tom has carried out many high profile assignments, including many on the instructions of Ireland's major financial institutions, companies and state agencies. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and holds a UK Insolvency Licence. He is a member of the Irish Society of Insolvency Practitioners.
