Oireachtas sources have confirmed that Finance Bill 2010 ("Bill") was signed by the President on Saturday 3 April and is now enacted. The Bill as passed by Dáil Éireann was subject to one further recommendation at Committee Stage in the Seanad which provides for a review of tax expenditures within three months from the passing of the Bill. It is expected that Finance Act 2010 will be published and available within the next 2-3 weeks.
