We have become aware of a serious deterioration in both postal and telephone communications our members and practitioners are experiencing in their day to day dealings with HMRC. As part of our representations work on behalf of our members our Tax department would like you to share your experiences so that we can raise these service issues directly with HMRC.

Please contact Brian Keegan, Director of Taxation or Leontia Doran, Education and Taxation Specialist with details of any specific issues you have experienced.
