As readers may be aware, the consultation period for HMRC's published draft legislation on deliberate wrongdoing by tax agents closes this week on 28th April.
As part of Chartered Accountants Ireland's submissions work on behalf of members, the Northern Ireland Tax Committee headed by Eamonn Donaghy is currently in the process of finalising our submission on this draft legislation. This will be available in next Monday's E-news.
