The Finance Bill published on 1 July 2010 has now received Royal Assent and has become Finance (No. 2) Act 2010. The Bill is now an Act of Parliament and, overall, the final Act is not significantly different to the original bill which was analysed in Chartered Accountants Tax News last month. It is recommended that readers take the time to scan the final Act for any particular areas of concern.
