True to its word on Budget day, the Government chose 27 July to launch several new consultations on aspects of tax policy with responses required in four weeks on the pension proposals and by September/October on the other consultations.

Set out below are details of these recently opened consultations:- 

  1. Pension Scheme Relief
  2. Taxation of Foreign Branches
  3. Furnished holiday lettings
  4. PAYE
  5. IHT Disclosure
  6. Investment trust companies
