The Honourable Ms. Justice Mary Finlay Geoghegan of the High Court will launch the inaugural Chartered Accountants Ireland Diploma in Insolvency today, Friday 29th January.
Justice Finlay Geoghegan will then speak to the group as part of the opening session of the Diploma. Justice Finlay Geoghegan has presided over many of the most recent high profile Insolvency cases to have come before courts including the Thomas Read and Lynch Hotel Groups.
This address will give course participants a unique insight into the role and expectations of one of the most important actors in the Insolvency process, the judiciary.
