As provided for under section 285A TCA 1997, the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources has made S.I. No. 341 of 2010 which updates the energy efficient products whose capital cost will be eligible for accelerated capital allowances and the energy efficiency criteria used to determine eligibility for inclusion on those product lists.
