A useful report listing VAT rates applicable in the EU Member States as at 1 July 2010 is now available from the EU Commission. The report includes a list of VAT rates applied in the Member States, a list of the application of reduced VAT rates by the Member States to the categories of goods and services contained in Annex iii of vat directive 2006/112/EC, and VAT rates generally applied in the member states to certain products or services.
