Chartered Accountants Tax News - 14th June 2010

Mon, Jun 14, 2010

From June 2010, HMRC are introducing the new role of Customer Co-ordinator for taxpayers who fall within the remit of their Large and Complex division.

HMRC have stated that Customer Relationship Managers will still continue to be key in helping them deliver their departmental objectives in respect of their largest business customers e.g. getting the right amount of tax agreed as early as possible.

HMRC are now extending that relationship management approach to the remainder of the large business segment. The majority of Large and Complex customers who do not have a Customer Relationship Manager will now be assigned a Customer Co-ordinator.
