The June issue of tax.point; Chartered Accountants Ireland’s monthly tax bulletin for tax professionals and accountants, is now available.  In this month’s issue Lorraine Smyth and Nicola Quinn of Bank of Ireland consider two further tax incentives for innovation; the patent royalties exemption and capital expenditure on scientific research. Caroline Keenan of PricewaterhouseCoopers Northern Ireland, outlines the UK R&D tax relief regime.

This months issue also brings you Chartered Accountants Ireland’s analysis of key tax developments in Ireland, the UK and the EU. Important source documents, Chartered Accountants Ireland’s commentary on recent case law and forthcoming Irish and UK tax deadlines, also feature in this months issue.

Subscribers to the monthly tax.point journal will shortly receive their June issue by post.  The June issue is also live and subscribers to tax.point online can access this months issue by clicking here and entering their username and password.
