FRC Chairman argues for the benefits of better engagement between companies and their shareholders before a group of international investors

Sir Christopher Hogg, Chairman of the Financial Reporting Council, spoke to a group of international investors at the ICGN (International Corporate Governance Network) conference on March 25th. He argued that engagement between companies and investors would require changed attitudes, practices and policies on both sides of the engagement process and that success would take years, not months.
