Chartered Accountants Tax News - 6th November 2009

Mon, Sep 6, 2010

As previously reported in Chartered Accountants Tax News, Form 11 returns and CT1 returns can now be amended on ROS where the returns have been submitted to Revenue.  The main features of the new facility for amending Form 11 returns are set out in eBrief No. 59/10.

The main points on this new facility to note are:

  • There is no offline amend facility
  • The option to amend through ROS is only available for 2009 et seq
  • The return details can only be amended twice through ROS
  • Not all the fields can be amended

Further information on this ROS facility and some additional points to note are set out in eBrief No. 59/10 which is available here.
