In response to some queries from members, we've outlined below a simple, step-by-step guide to how you can get involved in the Institute's Charity Day on the weekend of 20th April. If you have any queries at all with Charity Day, please email us here.
- Register here and make the payment of £20/€20 for members; £10/€10 for students & non-members. Once you register you will receive an automated 'thank you' mail that will ask you which of the organised charity day events you would like to join.
- In the following days you will receive a Sponsorship Pack in the post including a t-shirt and sponsor card.
If you would prefer to organise your own event locally, simply email Charity Day to get more information on how to do this.
- Charity Day is Friday 20th April 2012, with events taking place around the country that weekend. Get fundraising and don your t-shirt at your local event!
- We would encourage all participants to fund-raise on behalf of our worthy charities. You can do this using the sponsorship card you'll receive in the post. When you have finished fundraising, send your money directly to our partner charity using the remittance slip also in the sponsorship pack. You can also fundraise online using websites like My Charity / My Donate. More information on the online option available here.
- Institute President John Hannaway will acknowledge the activities of every participant once the event is over.
