Senior Accounting Officer (SAO) guidance updated

A Senior Accounting Officer (SAO) is the director or officer of a company who, in the company’s reasonable opinion, has overall responsibility for the company’s financial accounting arrangements.  All guidance relating to Senior Accounting Officers has now been superseded by the guidance in the new SAO manual which can be accessed here.
