Vaeni Mac Donnell, LLB (Hons, Dip HE, MSc(Ed)) is the founder and the Course Director of Clane College in County Kildare. Vaeni has over 20 years' experience in lecturing and was formerly the Deputy Head of the law department in Griffith College Dublin. She is one of the leading lecturers in Ireland in the areas of Company and Business Law, and lectures for Chartered Accountants Ireland.
