The Young Professionals Committee was established in June 2001 to focus on the needs of our members under the age of thirty-seven. Meetings are generally informal, with role model guest speakers and a range of other events including linking with other professional bodies i.e. Society of Young Solicitors and Society of Young Engineers. An interactive conference is held every spring. In addition the Committee has 'adopted' the FAE qualifieds, providing them with information on career development and , if required, mentoring support. Chartered Accountants Ulster Society and the Cork Society have also engaged with younger members in their area.
