The service to renew your subscription fee online will be available from 5th January 2010.

How to Pay Your Subscription for Membership Renewal

1.Login to the member's area from the home page of the website.See Screen 1.

You will need your username and password. Your username is your membership number and if you have forgotten your password, it can be retrieved online. All members are pre-registered on the site. So if you are a member you already have an account so all you need to do is retrieve your password.

2. First time users will be prompted to answer a secret question. See Screen 2

3. Navigate to 'My Account' which is under the heading Members on the home page. See Screen 1 or to the Tools in the Members' area, see Screen 3

4. From My Account, find the pod called Online Membership Renewal. See Screen 4. You will see a fee outstanding fee, select the tick box next to it. The outstanding fee for Benevolent is a discretionary fee, you can edit this amount, or deselect it as an option.

5. Add the items to the cart and proceed to the checkout to complete the subscription.
