How to Pay Your Subscription for Membership Renewal

1.Login to the member's area from the home page of the website.See Screen 1.

You will need your username and password. Your username is your membership number and if you have forgotten your password, it can be retrieved online. All members are pre-registered on the site. So if you are a member you already have an account so all you need to do is retrieve your password.

2. First time users will be prompted to answer a secret question. See Screen 2

3. Navigate to 'My Account' which is under the heading Members on the home page. See Screen 1 or to the Tools in the Members' area, see Screen 3

4. From My Account, you will see a fee outstanding fee, select the Pay Online . The outstanding fee for Benevolent is a discretionary fee, you can edit this amount, or deselect it as an option.

If you have a Practice Cert to pay also you will see both invoices listed. By deselecting the tick box to the right you can pay one or other of the invoices at a time.

 

5. Add the items to the cart and proceed to the checkout to complete the subscription.
