Committees

Policy at ICAI is decided by Council with the support of committees comprising of ICAI members. These committees are supported by ICAI staff. Committees can also operate on a CCAB-I basis involving members of other professional bodies.

Each committee is responsible for a particular area of business and regulation which is of interest to Institute members. The main areas covered are:

Financial Reporting, Auditing, Business Law, Insolvency - Republic and Northern Ireland, Technical, including matters specifically relating to Northern Ireland and UK and Irish Taxation.
