MRAs and GAA Passport for Members

Chartered Accountants Ireland has reciprocity agreements with a number of other Institutes that allow Chartered Accountants Ireland members apply for membership of those bodies and allows their members apply to Chartered Accountants Ireland for membership. See the list of Institutes with reciprocity agreements.

Chartered Accountants Ireland is a member of the Global Accounting Alliance - GAA. One of the key objectives of the GAA is to provide local support to members wherever they are in the world. In order to achieve this, GAA Institutes have agreed to provide specific local support and services to all members of GAA Institutes who are living and working in their territory. Read more.
